Shipping

Purchases are shipped within 2 days Monday through Thursday. Orders received on Friday will ship on the following Monday. No items are shipped on weekends or holidays.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sales of items that are on sale are final, unless the package was damaged during shipping.

Refunds and Returns

All jewelry pieces are offered with a money back guarantee. Please notify Beverly via email within 7 days of receiving you product.
Send an email to info@symesdesign.com with “return request and your invoice number” in the subject line so I know you are returning an item. Be sure the item is carefully wrapped and your refund, minus shipping, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow around seven days for the refund to show up in your account.

Payment Policy

I accept all major credit cards through Paypal or Stripe. You don’t need a Paypal or Stripe account to pay for purchases.
