If a product breaks, simply send it to me and I will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please send me a quick email to let me know it’s on the way.

All jewelry pieces are offered with a money back guarantee. Please notify me via email within 7 days of receiving your product.

Send an email to info@symesdesign.com with “return request and your invoice number” in the subject line so I know you are returning an item. Be sure the item is carefully wrapped and your refund, minus shipping, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow around seven days for the refund to show up in your account.
